How to Access Your VAT Invoices from Whatnot

If you would like more information on your VAT invoices issued by Whatnot, this article explains what these invoices are, where to find them, and what to do if you don’t see one yet.

What is a Whatnot → Seller VAT invoice?

A Whatnot → Seller VAT invoice is a monthly VAT invoice issued by Whatnot to you, covering:

• Commission fees charged by Whatnot
• Payment processing fees charged by Whatnot
• Any VAT that may be applied to those fees where applicable

Where can I find my VAT invoices?

You can find your VAT invoices in your Seller Hub:

• Seller Hub → Finances → VAT Invoices
• Once available, your invoices will appear in this tab as downloadable documents.
• Please remember it is the responsibility of the seller to store VAT invoices in line with the document retention period for their country

When are VAT invoices available?

• VAT invoices are published monthly
• They are available on the 10th of each month for the month prior
• Each invoice covers the supplies made by Whatnot in the previous month

Example:
Your November invoice will be available in your seller hub on December 10.

What if I don’t see an invoice yet?

If you don’t see your invoice yet:

1. Go to Seller Hub → Finances → VAT Invoices
2. You’ll see a note prompting you to contact Support
3. Reach out to Whatnot Support, and we’ll help request and publish your invoice

Can I get invoices for past months?

Yes, with some limitations:

• Invoices from November 2025 onward will appear in your Seller Hub (or can be added there after you contact Support)
• Invoices from before November 2025 must be requested through Whatnot Support and will be sent to you directly
