Domestic Shipping Timeline on Purchased Items

This article discusses the expected shipping time for items shipped domestically.

We ask sellers to ship orders within two business days from the date of purchase to make sure your item arrives on time.

A shipped item will take 5-12 days, on average, to arrive at your doorstep after the seller ships it. 

If your tracking stops receiving updates, we recommend contacting the shipping provider. If they can’t locate the package and there hasn’t been a tracking update for 14 or more days, you can request a refund from the Order Status page or click here to reach out to our Support team.

Shipping Time if Item is Not Hand Authenticated

The typical time to receive an item is 7-12 days if hand authentication is not performed first for that item.

Here's the estimated timeline for a shipment: 

• 1-2 business days (which exclude weekends and holidays) for the seller to ship
• 2-5 days for shipping to update 
• 7-14 days delivery (longer for international shipments)

Shipping Time if Item is Hand authenticated:

The typical time to receive an item is 7-15 days if hand authentication is performed first for that item.

Here's the estimated timeline for a shipment:

• 1-3 business days (which exclude weekends and holidays) for the seller to ship
• 1-6 days for Whatnot to receive the delivery
• 1-3 days for Whatnot to Authenticate & Ship
• 2-7 days for delivery from Whatnot (longer for international shipments)
