What is the promo? 

On Saturday, February 8th at 6:30pm ET to Sunday, February 9th at 6:30pm ET, we’re slashing fees to 2% on all auction and marketplace sales within the promotional period for all Whatnot sellers in the following countries:

• France
• Germany
• Belgium
• Netherlands 
• Austria

How long does this promo run?
The promotion will run for 24hrs leading up to the big game. Please see below for your respective promo period: 

United States

EST: February 8, 2025, at 6:30 PM – February 9, 2025, at 6:30 PM

CST: February 8, 2025, at 5:30 PM – February 9, 2025, at 5:30 PM

Will transaction fees be discounted too? 

This promotion only applied to commission, it does not apply to payment processing fees. Your local payment processing fees will remain the same. 

What sales are eligible for the promotion?

The promotion applies to all auction and marketplace sales within the promotional period. When you schedule or start your show does not impact if this promotion will apply to a sale — the only thing that matters is when each individual listing’s purchase is processed.

If a customer submits an ‘Offer’ on a listing prior to the start of the promotion and you accept the offer within the promotion period, the promotion will not be valid. This promotion only applies to ‘Offers’ that are both submitted by the customer and accepted by the seller within the promotion period.

For 'Anytime Auctions,' any auction that ends during the promo period qualifies for 2% fees—no matter when it starts! 

How do I apply for my show to be featured in this campaign?

If you’re planning a great pregame deal for your buyers, you can apply to be featured in our deals campaign. If your show is selected to be featured in this campaign, it will be featured at the top of the category page that you’re selling in.

How to apply:

1. Schedule a show during the promo period that is centered around an amazing deal that your buyers won’t want to miss.
2. Submit an application to be featured by Feb 6th. Be sure to include a link to your scheduled show(s). 

If your show is chosen, it will be visible on your category page by February 8th. Regardless of your show being chosen or not, take advantage of the 2% fees starting at 6:30 PM ET on February 8th. 

I applied to have my show featured for this event and haven’t heard back yet. Did my show get accepted?

Unfortunately, we cannot feature all shows that apply to participate in this campaign. If your show is chosen to be featured, it will be visible on one of the top shelves of your category page by February 8th. If you do not see your show, unfortunately your application to be featured was not selected.
