US-based sellers can now use USPS First-Class Mail Letter shipping (also commonly known as plain white envelope or standard envelope shipping) to send TCG and Sports cards to US addresses. To be eligible for this shipping option, cards must weigh 3 oz or less and have a total value of $20 or less, and there can be no more than 5 cards in an envelope. You can read more about First-Class Mail Letter shipping here.

In order to use USPS First-Class Mail Letter shipping, you will first need to opt in to First-Class Mail Letter shipping from your profile settings under ‘Shipping’ and/or when creating your show. Please follow the below instructions to turn on First-Class Mail Letter shipping for your shipments:

  1. In the Whatnot mobile app, navigate to your profile and hit the hamburger menu in the top right corner, and then tap ‘Shipping’ from the 'Selling' section

  1. Tap “Domestic Shipments.”

  1. In the “Domestic Shipments” section, toggle “USPS First-Class Mail Letter” to be on.

The settings you choose here will be the default for all of your future shows. Any existing shows will be set to the settings that were selected when you created those shows (so if you wanted to use First-Class Mail Letter shipping for shows you scheduled before you toggled the “USPS First-Class Mail Letter” option to be on, make sure you change the shipping settings for those previously scheduled shows - see instructions below).

You can edit the domestic shipping settings within the show scheduler while creating a new show or editing a previously scheduled show. For recurring streams, any changes within a show will be applied to all future instances of that show.
