Whatnot Buyer Protection

Whatnot is committed to ensuring that buyers have safe and positive shopping experiences. We offer the following buyer protection features:

1. Return policy: In those rare circumstances where something goes wrong with your purchase, you can rest assured that Whatnot has got your back. When you have an issue with your order, you should submit a request through the app to get help with your order. So long as you request a return for covered reasons within the timelines and guidelines specified in the US / Canada Return Policy or UK Return Policy, Whatnot should honor return and cancellation requests. Whatnot also protects your orders: If your item is lost, damaged, or stolen in transit, Whatnot will work with you to get you a refund. If you would like to report a missing item, please contact buyer support.
2. High Value Loss Reimbursement policy: If you purchase a high-value hit card through Whatnot and it is missing from your shipment, Whatnot will reimburse you at the market price of the card. In order to receive a reimbursement, Whatnot must be contacted within the required timeframes set forth in our return policy.
3. Product authenticity: Whatnot takes product authenticity seriously and has a number of measures in place to protect buyers from counterfeits and inauthentic sellers. For example, sellers are required to take pictures of their listings within the app (rather than uploading photos) and verify their identity. Any sellers who knowingly sell counterfeits or do not properly ship products may be removed from Whatnot.
4. Shipping: We ask sellers to ship orders within 2 business days of purchase to make sure your item arrives on time. An item shipped with Whatnot will take 5-12 days, on average, to arrive at your doorstep after the seller ships it. If your package still has not received a tracking update after 7 days, please click here to contact our Support team with your order number(s) and tracking number handy. We will be happy to reach out to the seller to get an update on your order!
