Seller Hub Overview

Seller Hub is a platform for sellers to manage their inventory and business at scale on Whatnot. 

Selling or editing a listing in the Seller Hub will sync those changes across your livestream and  marketplace listings. 

Note: You can access the Seller Hub via your web browser and in the iOS mobile app. It is not available in the Android mobile app.

Seller Hub Features Overview

With the Seller Hub, you can:

• Create and manage listings for the marketplace and upcoming live shows. Managing listings includes:
  • Searching for specific listings using a set of search filters.
  • Editing and duplicating listings.
  • Deleting listings permanently from your inventory.
  • Deactivating listings to prevent users from buying them but not removing them permanently from your inventory. 
  • Restocking inventory for listings that have been created before.
  • Viewing sold items.
• Managing order shipments, including:
  • Filtering purchased orders to view orders
    • made in a specific livestream or from the marketplace.
    • by an order's shipment status (needs to be shipped, shipped and in transit, or delivered).
• Managing your Post Live Shipping.  
  • Editing the weight and dimensions of the shipments.
  • Bundling or unbundling orders from the same buyer. 
  • Generating and printing shipping labels. 
• View your Tips from across livestreams.
• Manage coupon codes for your buyers.
  • Create new coupon codes.
  • Deactivate old codes.
  • View data on how many coupons were claimed and applied
• View your Seller Analytics.
  • View your sales and revenue from livestreams and the marketplace.
  • Orders from livestreams and the marketplace.
  • Livestream performance (views, stream time, etc.).
  • Top buyers.

Overview

Accessing the Seller Hub

From your browser:

1. Go to whatnot.com.
2. Click the profile icon in the top right-hand corner, then select Seller Hub.

You can also access the Seller Hub at https://seller.whatnot.com/. 

From the iOS mobile app:

1. Launch the Whatnot app.
2. Tap your profile image in the bottom right corner.
3. Tap “Seller Hub.”

You can also get to Seller Hub through the hamburger menu on your profile:

1. Launch the Whatnot app.
2. Tap your profile image in the bottom right corner.
3. Tap the hamburger menu in the upper right corner. 
4. Scroll to “Selling” and tap “Seller Hub.”
