Accessing and Managing Your Assigned Hits

During a livestream, sellers can capture a “hit” to save the moment. A hit can be anything from pulling a holo card from a Pokemon pack, a big pull from a sports break, or something cool from a mystery box.

When sellers capture a hit, they assign it to the hit’s winner. Assigning a hit will attach the following to the buyer’s order:

• A photo of the hit.
• A clip captured by the buyer using the Share Clip button when the hit was assigned. 
• An optional title.

Assigned hits will also appear on the seller’s and buyer’s profiles. 

Managing Your Assigned Hits

If you’ve earned and were assigned a hit during a livestream, you’ll receive a notification informing you of the hit. In the notification window, you can choose from the following options:

• Share Clip: Tap this button to create and share a clip capturing the hit. Sharing the clip using this method will also attach it to your order.
  
  Note: You must be in the livestream when the hit is assigned to you if you want to create and share a clip of the hit. 
• Grade it!: Tap this button to purchase PSA Grading for this item.

Viewing Your Assigned Hits

Once a hit has been assigned, you can find those hits in the following locations:

• Order details page of your purchase with the assigned hit. Note: You can only view hits through a profile using the mobile app. 
• The buyer’s or seller’s profile. Hits you’ve assigned as a seller and hits assigned to you will appear on your profile. Note: You can only view hits through a profile using the mobile app. 

Viewing Hits on Your Profile

To view hits through your profile, you must use the mobile app. 

1. Open the Whatnot app on your mobile device. 
2. Tap the profile icon at the far right of the bottom menu bar.
3. Tap the Hits tab. 
4. Choose which hits you want to view:
   • My Hits: Hits assigned to you from items you’ve purchased in a livestream. 
   • Assigned Hits: Hits you’ve assigned to others from your livestreams.
     
     

Viewing Hits on the Order Details Page on Mobile

1. Open the Whatnot app on your mobile device. 
2. Tap the profile icon at the far right of the bottom menu bar.
   
   
3. Tap the Menu two-line icon in the top right-hand corner.  
   
   
4. Tap Purchases. 
   
   
5. Find and tap on the order with the assigned hit. This will open the order tracking and details page, where you can any hits under the Hits section.

Viewing Hits on the Order Details Page on Desktop and Web

1. Open the desktop app or go to whatnot.com on your web browser. 
2. Click the profile icon in the top right-hand corner and select Orders from the dropdown menu.
   
   
3. Find the order with the assigned hit and click View Receipt next to the order number.
   
   You can find the assigned hits for that order under the Hits section.
