How to use the Whatnot Live Seller Dashboard

Make sure you are using the Google Chrome web browser

Access your account on the desktop site at whatnot.com

Click on “Live Sales” and use the “Select Livestream” drop down to select the stream.

After you click on your livestream, all of your sales will populate below.

IMPORTANT THINGS TO KEEP IN MIND:

  • Cancelled items appear in a separate table at the bottom of this page.

  • All of your sales are already bundled by default, separated out by buyer.

  • Once you generate a label, you will not be able to bundle it with other items

  • Once you generate a label for a bundle, you cannot unbundle the items.

  • Only hit the Bulk Generate Labels button if you’re absolutely sure you can ship shipments as bundled.

All bundles are Expanded by default so you can see what is in each one. If you’d like to Expand or Collapse shipments, there is a button at the top of the page to toggle between the 2 views. To expand and collapse individual shipments, click the arrow to the left of the Shipment number.

If you need to unbundle any of the items in a Shipment:

  • tick the checkbox to the left of the Shipment #

  • click the drop down arrow in the shipment

  • tick the checkboxes of the items you want to remove from the bundle

  • Scroll back up to the top of the page

  • Click the “Unbundle Selected” button

Sales are broken out by Shipment and items in the shipment are listed underneath it.

Don’t click the Create Label button just yet! Click “Edit” first to confirm package weight and dimensions. If you are able to package and ship all of the bundled items in a single package, click the Edit button to the right of the Create Label button. This will take you to a page where you can confirm your package’s weight and dimensions. They don't have to be precise to the decimal point - a close approximation should be fine!

If your bundled label is failing, please confirm the package’s weight and dimensions on the Edit page first before contacting support. The likely reason is that the dimensions based on the items’ shipping profiles are exceeding the maximum allowed dimensions for a package. Updating this to the correct dimensions should fix the problem. If problems persist, try using an Incognito Chrome Tab. If you still have issues, please contact [email protected]

Here, you can confirm the actual weight of the package and the package dimensions. Click the Save button.

Be careful to select the correct units of measurement from the drop downs to the right!

If you make an error and the label has been generated incorrectly, you can go back to the main page and choose Edit next to the generated label to correct the errors and then click Generate Label. Your old label will then be voided so do not print or use the old/incorrect label!

Please Note: Bundling/Unbundling will only work if the status of your shipment is 'Created' - You will receive an error on the main shipments page if the status is “Label Generated”.

If you have single items not in any bundle, it’s still best practice to choose the Edit button to confirm your package’s dimensions and weight in order to avoid any issues with USPS.

The maximum weight a package can be to ship via USPS is 70 lbs.
